CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR/PROSPECT RESEARCHER
The Vero Beach Museum of Art is searching for a Campaign Coordinator/Prospect Researcher. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Campaign Coordinator will identify, research and analyze prospects for major gift cultivation and solicitation, and coordinate prospect management for staff and volunteer leadership; manage daily operations of campaign. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, be highly organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task; experience in Microsoft suite. Bachelor’s degree required, minimum 2 years professional experience; fundraising and database experience a plus. This is a two-year position, full-time with benefits.
CAMPAIGN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Vero Beach Museum of Art is searching for a part-time Campaign Assistant. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Campaign Assistant will work closely with the Campaign Coordinator to support the efforts of the Museum’s staff and volunteer leadership in coordinating a major gifts campaign. The Campaign Assistant must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail; experience in Microsoft suite and broad range of databases. High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment. This is a two-year part-time position.
