Photography of works in temporary exhibitions is not permitted.
Photography of artworks in the permanent collection of the Museum is not permitted, except with written permission by the curator or registrar. To obtain permission to photograph an artwork in the collection, please contact the registrar’s office at (772)231-0707 x135; a permission form is available here and at the Museum’s front desk. Please submit the permission form a minimum of one week prior to the requested date of photography. Approved photography of artworks is strictly limited to personal use only.
Please contact the registrar in writing with requests for photography for reproduction and/or commercial purposes.
The Site is maintained by the Vero Beach Museum of Art (Museum) in support of its mission to educate and provide information to the public.
All information contained within the Site, including but not limited to text, images, data, audio/video clips, and other content (materials), is protected by copyright. The Museum and relevant third parties reserve all rights, including copyright, in whole or in part, throughout the world. Materials found on this Site may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without written permission from the Museum and/or relevant rights holders. Any unauthorized use of this Site’s materials may violate copyright or other applicable intellectual property laws.

The registrar of the Museum processes permissions for use not authorized herein on a case-by-case basis. A usage fee may be charged and additional third party permissions may be required.
